PROBLEM: Workman Mechanical found the heat exchanger cracked on a call.

SOLUTION: I might not have gotten called back to perform the heating maintenance and wanted to make sure I didn’t leave the family in a dangerous situation.

I performed the A/C maintenance and let the customer know what I found.

They ended up getting another company to replace the system but I’m just glad I was able to keep the family living in this house safe.

Also the heat exchanger cracked because the tenant didn’t keep the HVAC filter replaced and they had two dogs.

If you have animal living inside the filter needs to be replaced more often the protect the system and to increase indoor air quality.
