Air Conditioning systems have 2 elements instead of one, like a furnace. There’s the condensing unit outside and the evaporator coil on the inside.
Think about it like this: The condensing unit is like an ice chest full of ice and the evaporator coil blows air across the ice. The air becomes super-cold and is distributed throughout the ductwork.
It’s actually a lot more complicated because the condensing unit converts gas (Freon) from a vapor to a liquid. But for now, let’s just keep it simple.
Just like furnaces, choosing a new air conditioning system can be an intimidating process. There are nearly 100 different brands and thousands of different models. They include budget models, mid-efficiency models and high-efficiency models. If we can’t repair your existing system, we’ll do our best to help you choose the right model. Air Conditioning Replacement

PROBLEM: Compressor capacitor blew up.
SOLUTION: Workman Mechanical cleaned and replaced the compressor capacitor.
The system had to be replaced because to compressor wasn’t any good. It couldn’t be brought back to life.
The unit had never been maintained, the filters inside were stopped up and the lack of air from the bush cost this customer lots of money.

Mini-Split A/C Cleaning

Water was running down the wall from a stopped up drain in the mini-split.
